I am giddy from the paint fumes that are wafting through the house....It is so hard to pick colors from a tiny chip so I bought some samples and painted them on the wall. Still I had doubts but....today after seeing the room all painted it looks so "teen" I love it. I hope Chloe loves it. Still waiting to hear from Megan her BFF! Her closet has never been repainted in the 12 years we have lived here so I decided to do that also in white semi glass so I can wipe it down when it gets marked up LOL....

Chloe's Room Make Over

Okay Chloe headed off to church camp at 7:30 this morning and I came home and started tearing her room apart. We are going to surprise her with a total room make over....new paint and all new furniture. Since they do not allow phones nor electronics at Church Camp (so they get closer to their God) she will not know anything about it until the moment she opens her door when she gets home. SURPRISE!!!! Also good because none of her friends athat I also have on my Facebook can tell her! LOL... I am going to have her best Friend Megan be my "teen advisor" Let the fun begin!

And now after the tear down! The painters come tomorrow and her new furniture on Tuesday or late Monday. The walls are going to be a light grey and the ceiling a dark grey. Her new furniture will be dark cherry. Just right for our young teen lady.

We bought a new puppy. Her name is bigger then she is "Waldreps Marvellous Miss Millie. Millie is what we call her. Miss Mille when she is a bad little girl....(rarely!) As fate would have it we fell in love with her immediatley and the fate part is...she was born the moring that Lucy died. I guess it was meant to be. No she is not a Guniea Pig. She is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

Spring Is Here

I have a couple of cards to share with you, made with the adorable Magnolia Tilda Stamps. You can find these stamps at our store http://www.shop.scrapologyaz.com/. The first card is the one I am entering in the Magnolia-licious Easter-Spring Extravaganza Contest. I just love her barfeet.

I has been beautiful in Arizona the past couple of weeks. The temps have been in the high 70's and even hit the high 80's and one day in the 90's already. Now, yesterday we had a storm come in and dump rain on us most of the day and evening and the temps dropped into the mid 60's. What the heck is that all about. Oh we got to love the cool weather and rain while we can. It will soon be HOT HOT HOT and DRY and we will be thinking about these couple of cool days we had in March.

I am sharing a 20 x 20 garden with my neighbor at Agritopia. It has been a lot of fun planning and getting it set up. I think I will post a layout I did of the Garden too.

It's February

Wow February is coming in like a Lion weather wise. It is suppose to be 29 degrees tonight and cold for the next few days. So far my tomatoes have made it but tonight will be a challenge. It is still considered balmy compared to what is happening in the rest of the Country!

Over at our store www.scrapologyaz.com, we have been pre ordering lots of the new items coming out in the next month as soon as everyone recovers from CHA! I can not wait to see some of the new things we have ordered coming into the store. Look for new Spellbinders both the regular size and the big ones for the Grand Caliber. The Spellbinders Grand Caliber has been flying off our shelves. I love that you can use a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of card stock without cutting it down. SWEET! It still cuts the regular size dies. Make sure you check it out. I love it's pretty color of Cherry Red. Here are some of the products we have or are going to receive in the next couple of weeks in our store.

And finally here is a new Valentines Card of Course it is a Magnolia Tilda, and colored with Copics.

Copics, oh I forgot to tell you. They have come out with 12 new colors and here they are.

It is 2011 and I hope it will be the best year ever for everyone!

I am starting off with my first card of the New Year. She is the adorable Magnolia Stamp, Tilda With Cherries. I used the beautiful apple green crepe ribbon availabe at our store http://www.shop.scrapologyaz.com/. The papers I used are Bazzil cardstock and the new Valentine paper from Doodlebug Design. Spellbinders were used for the mat and the stamped image. I used Bazzil Diamond Bling for the base of the card.

After I die cut out the stamped image I left the die around the white card stock. I made a cutter file of the image on my Klic N Kut and then applied it to the top of the colored image as a mask. I then used my airbrush compressor and my Copic Sketch RV02 to airbush in the background. I have made the Cutter files for all the stamps in our store and I have them for your use for every stamp you purchase from http://www.shop.scrapologyaz.com/. Here are some pictures to show the process of using a mask.

I stamped the image on Xpress Blender card and used Copic Sketch markers to color in the image. The receipe is:

Magnolia Pink Green and Blue Challenge

This is the card I made for the Pink Green and Blue Challenge at http://magnolia-liciouschallengeblog.blogspot.com/. I bought a silver snowflake at the Dollar Store, 10 in a box for a dollar, what a deal! Using my Copic airbrush compressor and Copic Sketch RV06 I changed the color of the snowflake to pink. It turned out great! I used crepe ribbon from our store http://www.shop.scrapologyaz.com/. The Magnolia stamp is called "All Wrapped Up Tilda". This is one of my favortie Tilda Stamps.

So here is my Copic marker recipe
Hair: E29, E17, E13 and Y32
Skin: E21, E00, E000 and the cheek bluse is R83
The Blues I used are: B02, B01, B0000
and the Pinks are: RV06, RV04, RV02 and RV0000. And I just had to add a bit more bling so I decorated the pink bow with Pink Stickles.

This is probably the last card I will be making before Christmas so....Merry Christmas to all of you and Blessings on your family for a Wonderful Christmas. I hope you all get Copics and Maggies in your stockings!

Cookie Boxes with Tilda

I am working on Cookie Boxes as gifts for my neighbors this year. Here is one that I have finished. The Tilda is a Magnolia Stamp (you can find it in my store at http://www.shop.scrapologyaz.com/) called Tilda with gifts.

I colored the Tilda with Copic markers. If you love the idea of a Copic Marker Club where you do not have to out lay a lot of money at one time check out the store blog at http://www.scrapologyaz.com/ and you can read what we have to offer starting in January, but sign ups are already beginning and will end December 15,2010..

I think they are going to make sweet gifts once filled with homemade cookies don't you? Oh I should have posted that I cut the cookie boxes with my Klic N Kut and this is a pattern that was traced from a Martha Stewart Cookie box about three years ago.

I took pictures of the copics I used to color this image it is easier for me so consider this the "cheater" recipe

Tulle Tilda Christmas Card

I made my first Christmas card this year. I am actually making it to post to my store's blog in December but decided to sneak peak it here.

I used a Magnolia stamp #210 Tulle Skirt Tilda. I placed her on a Spellbindercircle and popped it all up on pop dots. I used a Spellbinder snow flake and an American craft jewel brad. I colored Tilda withcopics and used Stickles to add bling. The cardstock I choose is Bazzil Bling Diamond and it is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder. Glass glitter is used to add some sparkle and the font for "dreaming of a white Christmas" is called Kingsthings.

New Cards with Magnolia Tilda Stamps

These are the first Tilda Stamps I have used and I love them. It is so much fun to color and blend them. I used Momento Ink, and the Xpress Blending Card.

The Fall Card is made with the Bon Voyage Tilda and the Sign post and Suitcase that goes with that theme. I used Copic markers to color with. I also used the colorless blender solution on a piece of denim fabric to make her jeans look more "worn." I was not going to post either of these cards so I did not save the "receipe, but I decided it was time to jump out of my box and post.

The second Tilda card is made with Jam Tilda. I loved the card that Tina made with the green skin tone so I wanted to try it on this Stair Step card. I think she turned out adorable. It is so much fun to take a Summer stamp and turn it into a totally different Season.

I use a Kilc N Kut cutter so I made cutter files of both the stamps, then stamped both stamps on the cut pieces (this saves me hand cutting) . I cut the pumpkin, fence and trees on my cutter and a friend gave me the spiders. I think the large spider she cut on the Cricut and the small ones were purchased. For the green skin I used Copic YG07, YG06, YG03, YG0000. I also used black and orage Stickles to bling it up a bit. Let me know what you think.

I have been challenged by my friend, to actually cut (gasp) paper and do a 3D layout. Wow this has been a challenge. I finally did it....even though it took me a week to arrange and rearrange and be happy with the results. Oh...did I say I had limited products to work with....Aren't they pretty? This is from the new Prima Fall line. I am loving the shabby look.

Florida July 2010

We went to Orlando, Florida this year for our vacation. It was also Phil and my 20th anniversary. Not exactly the 20th we dreamed of...but because of the upheavel in Greece, where we went for our honeymoon, and the upheavel with my brother's run away bride and cancellation of their wedding...we made the best of it! We had a blast...forget the "FUN" parks...there is so much to do in the Orlando area, and the beaches were very clean and beautiful. We went to Epcot and that was the only "Disney" park we went to. Chloe, Phil and I really enjoyed Kennedy Space Center (layout yet to design). This is my first layout of our vacation, and it is of our day at Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect family day.

Doodle Dragon Studio Challenge #2

Challenge # 2 is to use a sketch and build a card with this sketch as inspiration. Here is the sketch and then my challenge card:

The card stock is Bazzill and the patterened paper is My Mind's Eye - be loved. I just love this double sided paper. It is not the traditional pink, white and red of Valentine's, but it works for me. A little Crystal Stickles on the wings and yellow on the crown for bling, along with Dew Drops for embellishments. The font for Be My Valentine is Festival Flourish. I used Copics to color Dustin's digi stamp. Thank you Dustin!

Okay this may not interest most of you but I thought I would throw it out there .

Yesterday we had to drive over to Surprise and on the way back we were taking to Chloe about how families us to just get into the car on Sunday's after church and just take family drive. Thus the term "Out for a Sunday Drive", or Sunday Driver".

I remembered reading an article on the internet of a part of Phoenix called the Harmony district where thousands of Chickens, Guinea Fowl, and Peacocks just roam freely around the area or 32nd Street and 40th Street and Indian School and Thomas. Since we had nothing else really planned for the day we decided to check this out and see if we could find this area of town and the fowl. We did and it was really funny. We found the largest amount off of 36th and Flower. There is small park on Flower and Cherry Lane and they were hiding in the bushes everywhere and when we slowed to see them they came running across the street to see US! We had some fried potatoes left over from our breakfast that I was taking home to our dog but Chloe started throwing them out (Chickens eat anything!) and they came from everywhere!

They are called the Heritage Chickens and are actually protected by the City of Phoenix and this neighborhood. If you look around the homes people put out bowls of water for them. There is even a Caution Chicken Crossing Sign.

It was a tough game this week with a really tough opposing team. I was lucky to get this shot of Chloe deflecting the Soccer ball off her head. Pure Luck. We lost the game 1 -3 but it was an exciting game to watch. Salsa played very hard and really kept the heat on the other team. It was also hot. Thank goodness we had an 8 am game. It got up to 103 in Saturday, in the high 80's when they played.

Stay At Home Hubby

Chloe was going to San Diego for three days with the whole fifth grade class on their Oceanography field trip. This is an annual trip and she has been waiting for this since 1st grade. It is also the last year our district is going to do this trip so she was very lucky.

Phil decided since she would be gone he would surprise me and take the whole three days off. SURPRISE!!!! NOT!!!!! So I decided I need to set him up with projects so he would not be in my face 2 4 7 ! Chloe gets home at 8 pm tonight and Phil is so ready to go back to work!

Susan if you want to create a mini book out of this I will definitely be in your class....LOL....so here is what Phil has been up to the past three days!

He built me another garden box. Then I decided we needed sun shade over the new garden beds when it hit 102 yesterday, so he got up bright and early at 6 am to work on that.....He installed new ceiling fans in three rooms and then moved fans around in two more. He fixed some of our outdoor lighting, and as you can see from his list....He still has a very busy day today! LOL..... I did give him a break yesterday and took him to the movies to see Gran Torino.

I think he will rethink surprising me with time off in the future! LOL.

MY GARDEN

Okay I am very proud of this garden. I have lived in Arizona 9 years and have never attempted this even though I had beautiful gardens when we lived in Seattle. The pictures go through from the building of the box March 7, to the planting and finally the most current pcitures I took on April 20 Here you go! This is my Garden Layout.Building the box.

Sping 2009 Soccer Banner

Okay I just finished the banner from hell tonight...I have major hours in this thing. It is all piecing like paper piecing only in felt and all cut on my MAXX! Each hair bow is a hand tied ribbon.Tomorrow is the first game for the Spring Season so I am good to go. I think the girls will all flip over this one! (they acutally flip over all of them...LOL...but this one is especially cute!IMHO)

I even had to redo two heads from two girls because I had their hair color wrong. Thank GOD for the ginzu knife.....can you tell which two had their heads chopped off and re attached? Those would be Courtney and Haley! I love this software! I would have been hours re cutting all the little pieces that had already been glued on and re gluing, oh felt glue actually fuses .....so .....undo does not work! ...OH VEY!!!

I think this is my best banner yet. I deserve 1st prize..oh yeah...there is no first prize...I am the only BANNER MOM !!!! Okay...I guess I will just reward myself with a new pair of Ed Hardy sunglasses!

Here is my second Inchie Frame. I planned it out so I have room around three sides to put in two rows of Twinchies so I am figuring there will be 24 twinchies with the inchies! I am going to stay with the same theme of hearts, flowers and Insects.I think it will be cute and can not wait to see it filled in,(when we do the Twinchie swap, I'm ready!) Sorry about all the reflections in the picture...but a least I had all my clothes on! LOL...Unlike that man on EBAY!

I was part of an inchie swap with my Thursday Therapy group. we had to each do 10 different sets (designs) for 21 people. When we were all swapped we ended up with 210 inchies! This frame only has 128. I almost have enough left for a second frame! Yeah! I pulled out all the Hearts and flowers and dragonflies/butterflies. That will be the theme for the next frame!

I decided it as time to post some pics of Chloe actually playing Soccer...and the new Soccer ball that Phil got her this morning at Justice, for Valentine's Day. She will love love love this ball! Oh I am also puttin up a picture of Chloe's "special" freind Tyler. He is bringing her water. He walks her home and carries her back pack, violin. He calls and asks her over for pizza dinners at his home. She was the only girl her invited to his "paint ball" birthday party. They are both in fifth grade and he is only 6 months older but her is a very large boy and she is the smallest in the fifth grade. They are really cute together! I think he is going to bring her a Valentine. We will see!

I woke up feeling so awesome today. I have been ill since the day after Christmas with an internal infection that was very hard to get under control. I have had test after test and Friday was my CAT scan and my last test. I am however, healthy, so far unless the CAT scan uncovers anything. Life is good.

Today I am making cookies for my neighbors and I realzied that I did not have enough cookie tins. What am I going to do? I did not want to put them on paper plates (all thought that is how a lot of them are coming to me!) I started ringing my hands and pulling my hair until I put on my thinking cap. What about the Martha Stewart cookie box that I got as a KNK cut file.... So....I cut one out...of course I ruined the first piece of paper because I forgot to cut the pounce lines as pounce so the whole thing cut apart. LOL....

I had purchased just last week, the Christmas Glitter Stack at Joann's. I did not have a plan for it but I thought the papers were pretty. The paper is really heavy duty. It cut perfectly. I used some of that transparency film that we got stacks of from Georgia, and red tape on the seams....Cute huh?

Polsia, I know you are going to be all over this!

Tied Quilts

It has been a while since I posted. Just too dang busy but today I made two quilts. One for Chloe (the Soccer balls) and one for her teacher a huge Green Bay Packers Cheesehead. I could not find Packer fabric but I think this will work! The picture does not show it but it is all foot ball sayings like Pass, Goal, Field Goal, etc. The first quilt (Chloe's) took me a couple of hours to make today at Thursday Therapy....Then I cam home and helped at school making gingerbread houses with the kids. When school got out Chloe and I went to Joann's and bought the fabric for her teacher. Then we had to wait in line to cut, wait in line to pay and drive home. I got home about 4:00 and the second quilt was done by 5:00. I am very please with them! (I am going to make one for myself and put it under the tree from Santa to me!!!!) Soccer starts up again for Chloe Jan 8, so she will use this to wrap up in on those very cold days.

Okey Peggy here you are! The balck and pink banner is the most current but I posted some of the prior seasons I have made too! The banner keeps better taller and bigger....LOL....The Dolpins banner was all hand cut! It sure is eaiser now that I have my KNK!

Catching Up!

Okey so I am not a very faithful blogger. I have some catching up to do! We bought a 35 foot Fleetwood motor home. It is in great condition and we got a smoking deal! Here are some pictures.

And here are some interior pictures. Phil installed new t.v's and a new stereo. We also replaced the fans and all the lights. We bought a new mattress for the bed and I dry cleaned all the drapes, and the bed skirt and bed spread. That reminds me I need to go pick the spread up from the cleaners! I cleaned all the upholstery and chairs. It is so clean now! Our first trip is going to be October 10. Chloe gets our of school 1/d and we are headed down to Karchner Caverns. That is the beginning of her Fall break and Phil took Monday off so we should have a fun little mini trip.

Monsoon Storm August 28,2008

Wow Wow Wow

I am not sure what you all experienced las night with the storm but it was totally AWESOME here. It was rated as a Catagory 1 hurricane. The worst in recorded history for Arizona. This has been the 10th wettest monsoom season in recorded history (since the 1800's something).

We seemed to be right in the eye of the storm. We did not experience the high winds but the sound of the constant (and I mean constant) lightening was deafening. I took some pictures and will post them here. We had no damage to any or our trees or property . We did not even have any debris in our pool. We always have debris in the pool. You will be able to tell how very windless it was in my pictures if you look at the palm trees. This storm went on from about 9:00 pm and continued right over head until 1:00 am. I have never in my life seen constant lightening strikes or constatn thunder like that. It was truely God's power at work.

It is too bad that the brand new Tempe Bubble for foot ball practice was totally demolished. Only open less then a month and $8.4 M all wiped out last night. Phil said it looked like a war zone around his office in Phoenix with downed trees and power poles.

ATG Gun is Done!

I finally got my ATG done in time for Thursday Therapy tomorrow. I had problems but they finally worked their way out. There must be 10 coats of paint and Preserve It on this poor puppy. I do love the colors and it matches my Amy Bulter bag perfectly now! I also wanted to post the pictures of the Creative Memories 12 x12 (white)frame and the 8 x8 (black). Here they are along with a picture of my new hanging light for the dinette that was damaged by my painter's (probably won't use them again!)

Okey, I am done for now. I have to go pick up Chloe from School and then it will be time to do homework and start on dinner. Tonight I am making a curried chicken salad with grapes, Mandarin oranges,celery water chestnuts and of course chicken.....Yummmy!

Scrap Sistazs at Wild Horse Pass Crop Weekend

Well I had an awesome time at Wild Horse Pass last weekend! My friends....it was soooo awesome! I know, what happened at WHP stayed at WHP but....I just have to post these pictures! The picture above is Cindy, Me and Sandy, I think we were all showing off our boobs!

We are just starting to trickle in now to the crop room. My little 3' x 3' work space is where the green bag is sitting on the table! That is my roomie Georgia in the red top.

This is the wine and Cheese party that Peggy and Polsia had in their room the first night.

This is Peggy and I, we were roommates in Arlington, and this is my roommate at WPH, Georgia, looks like she is having fun already! but to be fair.....here are Cindy, Georgia and I after the Wine Party but before the three Kamikazes!

Let the PARTY begin! and then....we started signing. "Mama Mia" became a crop favorite!Yes, Cindy and I love a party!

Okey now it will really get good.....we are heading off to dinner at the Casino....

Chloe is Home

It is great to take your camera with you and have a fully charged battery. However if you want to get those really "great pics" you need to reinsert your memory card back into the camera after you d/l the pictures to your computer. Therefore...I do not have any pics of Chloe getting off the camp bus....my memory card was at home in the computer. Boy was I happy.

I do however have the pics of when she came home and saw her new room! The little stinker knew we were doing this. She even wrote about it in her camp journal....LOL.....How excited she was to see it and what would it look like. Go Figure.

I spent all day Sunday working on the vinyl for Chloe's walls. I am very happy with how they came out.

I want to give a special thanks to Ellen Jackson (Ducky) for her beautiful hibiscus flower design. I know they are never blue but Chloe is really down on anything pink right now! Thank you Ellen for sharing your beautiful designs with the cutter world!

Now I am done with all this "home" stuff so I will have to find something new to blog about!

The Kitchen is Done

Okey I almost have everything cleaned up and back into place. I had to put Liquid Gold on my cabinets this morning to clean them up as nicely as my new paint looks. I Love Love Love the new color. It is hard to pick a color on a small color chip and imagine it on the wall. The day the paint went on I had second thoughts but just closed my eyes and let the painters do their thing. I am so happy with it.

The painter had a small mishap and broke a globe on my kitchen chandelier. It was a special order fixture when we built our home 8 years ago...what do you think my chances are of finding one to match....so far it has been zip! I need to go to a high end lighting store in Scottsdale this weekend and do some searching or they will have to replace all 6.

Chloe gets home around 6:30 tonight. I made this digital quick page this morning and had it printed at Costco, and I put it on her new cork board that we add to the back wall of her desk hutch.. It was from our Cruise two weeks ago in Mazatlan. I did not have time to do a full digital l/o but the qp worked just fine. I think she looks adorable as she was waiting for the cliff divers to take their plunge.

Now all my Summer projects are done and School starts August 6. Chloe and I have one more week together at the waterpark, lunches, and having a swim party with her Girl Scout friends before school starts. It hardly seems possible they have been together as a Troop for 5 years.

Next weekend our Thursday Therapy group will have a weekend of scrapbooking at Wild Horse Pass. There are 15 of us going and we are going to have a blast! That should give me new material to put here on my blog.

Chloe's Room Is Done

Wow this has been fun. Her room is totally larger looking now and very bright and cheerful. I think this will be a very calming color for her to have. Her sheets came in from PB Teen but the spread is back ordered so I ran up to LNT and bought a new pretty blanket. I also steamed the grout and got it all done so it is fresh and clean too. Of course I washed the windows, and what happens when we wash windows...sure...it rains! Go figure. So here are the pics of her room all finished. Oh one more thing. When I got home from TT tonight Phil had gone out and bought her a new flat screen television. Yes we do spoil this child!

I love her drapes. They are a sheer linen fabric with a circle design that echos the circles on her sheets. The best part is they were closing them out and I got them for $9.99 per window. I love a good deal. The little blue man on her dresser is just exactly like one she saw in the PB Teen catalog. They wanted $35.00 for it. I found one exactly like it a Ikea but not painted for $5.00. So I just bought that new Krylon paint that is for all materials and sprayed it to dark blue to complement her room. I also painted the blue C on her door and the picture frame on her entertainment center.

So doesn't Phil look professional with a drill in his hands? LOL...He is Chloe's dressing room area and beyond that is her shower and toilet.

We had a great day at TT. It was so much fun to see everyone again. We had a great dinner at Olive Garden.It has been a long Summer but school starts Aug 6....of course there is always WHP! I can't wait. Plans were made tonight at dinner. (we may see Cindy wearing a teddy at pajama night!) At good time will be had by all! If anyone doesn't have a good time it will be only their fault. Let the Party begin!

As soon as I can get my kitchen all put back together I will post pictures of it. I totally love the color...at Hint: the color is deep deep_ _ _...LOL (Sandy said don't tell!) I want to get it all done tomorrow.

It has been a nice week around here but I am missing Chloe and I am ready for her to come home. That will be tomorrow night! Yeah! I am going to go to Toys R Us and buy a toy bus and put in in front of her closed bedroom door. Then we are going to say..."Chloe Rose Move that Bus"! LOL

Okey I am out of words for tonight. I need to go read the boards. There is a lot of buzzing going on today so I hear! I see I have over 200 emails so it must be juicy! See Ya!

Let the Fun Begin

The painting begins today. Okey yesterday I posted pictures of Chloe's room pre painting now today I am going to focus on the kitchen and breakfast nook.

So this is how it looks pre painting. The painters said they should be done late today or finish up a few hours tomorrow. I can't wait I love change!

I also told Ellen (Ducky) that I would post a picture of the wall art I am doing in Chloe's room. Last night I cut this Surfer girl I got from Bibi as a GSD file and converted it to KNK. It came out quite nicely. Remember this is only a test cutting. It is not the color I am planning on using. I am waiting for the vinyl I ordered to come and then I will decide the best color it may be blue or white. I am going to use Ducky's Hibiscus flowers too. That will probably be next week.

Here is the vinyl cut out. It is 12 x 24.

It is suppose to be 102 today with 27% humidity! Okey with all the painters in my home there is way to much testorone in here. I think this will be a good day to go shopping!

Day One

Yesterday we took Chloe to Girl Scout Camp and then came home and tore her room apart to repaint and redecorate. This turned into a larger job then we thought! We decided we need to repaint her furniture too! So we primed and painted. Tonight we are still doing that! The painters come tomorrow and promise to be done by Thursday, so I have all day Friday to put her room back together. She is going from dark purple to light blue with a Surfer girl theme.

So far we have painted her dresser and night stand. We still have her bed and desk with hutch and her entertainment center. You can see samples of the blue she picked on the wall. It is the lighter one. She knows we are repainting but she does not know that we are repainting her furniture and that I ordered all new bedding for her from Pottery Barn Teen. The sheets came today but the spread is back ordered. I bought new drapes that are very cool at Ikea and some curtain rods that are actually wires! It will look so cool!

I ordered vinyl to do some wall art. I can not wait for it to come. I played around today with some outdoor vinyl I have just to do test cuts and make sure that I have the sizes that I want. I am not applying this to the walls just using as templetes.

I just remembered I need to get over to Linens and things too to get her new towels, and bath mats. Yikes I almost forgot about those.

It is 108 today and humid. We had a lightening storm tonight and some rain. That will really make all the trees and plants happy.

I hope Chloe is having a great time at Camp.
